The Federal University of Surrey was an English
university body which existed from 2000 to 2004. It was a federation between two institutions; theUniversity of Surrey (UniS), and the University of Surrey Roehampton (USR).History
The University of Surrey, based in

During the years of the Federal University, the sports teams from the two component institutions competed with each other in a variety of disciplines at the "Federal Sports Day".
