(2010)"Pink Masquerade" is the seventh single released by the Japanese band Sug. The song was released on 18 November 2009.
Music video
The video starts with an emergency news cast on a fictional news channel called "SuG Dollar Television" in which a news presenter named Kerwin, in terribly broken English, reveals that an extremely expensive painting was stolen from an art gallery by a band of thieves called the "Pink Masquerade". However, before he can elaborate further, the news station is apparently attacked and the camera is turned off, showing static. The picture returns and the song starts, showing Takeru dressed as an Oshare Kei-themed Vampire singing. Takeru is then shown dancing with two women in front of a bar lit completely by black lights. The song plays as the video shows scattered scenes of Takeru infiltrating the bar crowded with people in bizarre Halloween-themed costumes and stealing back the painting, along with scenes of the band playing their instruments and singing as the musical guest at the bar, close-ups of Takeru singing, and Takeru dancing in front of the bar. When the song ends, it is revealed that the painting is a portrait of Takeru himself. The scene suddenly cuts to a split-second, extreme close-up of Takeru's eyes before the video ends.
