Out Of My Hands is the name of the second album by UK R&B / Soul singer-songwriter Keisha White. The album is said to be made up of tracks from Keisha's debut album Seventeen, including "The Weakness in Me" and six brand new tracks including singles "Don't Mistake Me" and "I Choose Life". The album's title and track listing were confirmed by Play.com [1]. The album was released on 3 July 2006 and peaked at #55 in the UK Albums Chart.
