"Original Sin" is a song composed and interpreted by Elton John, the text is the work of Bernie Taupin.

The track

It is the third and last single extracted from the album Songs from the West Coast (reported back to the origins of the musical career of Elton and the period of the seventies). This is a slow song, the melody sweet and melancholy, with a love song. E 'based sull'onnipresente piano of Elton, are also important for Rusty Anderson guitars and keyboards producer Patrick Leonard. At the bottom is Paul Bushnell, and Matt Chamberlain plays the drums and Jay Bellerose try to percussion. The single did not have a great commercial success: released in 2002 (promo only in the United States), achieved a # 39 UK and # 18 ranking in the U.S. Adult contemporary music.
