ORGMENT is an international consulting / professional services group that specialize in helping companies to ' grow, innovate and evolve ' digital 1 businesses. Founded in 2003, headquartered in Wilmington USA, the group operates worldwide through regional offices in New York (Americas), London (Europe) and Hong Kong (AsiaPac). While formally organized as a corporation, it functions as a partnership in all other important respects. In 2007, Orgment acquired / merged with the international consulting firm Secet (founded in 2000) 2.

Due to the nature and level of their engagements, the group operates a strict confidentiality and exclusivity policy. They do not discuss specific client situations, and ensure individual consultants do not work for competitive clients. Their clients range from start-ups to global blue chip / Fortune 500 corporations.

Competitors

Orgment’s main competitors in the high-level strategy consulting market are McKinsey & Company, The Boston Consulting Group, Booz & Company and Bain & Company. However, because of the group’s specific ‘digital business’ focus, they generally complement / work in conjunction with other consulting and professional services firms (e.g. legal, accounting, corporate finance).
