Oreobates choristolemma is a frog species of in the family Strabomantidae; it was formerly placed in the "Leptodactylidae" assemblage.

It is found in Bolivia and possibly Peru. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. Its status is insufficiently known.
