Opinion Space is a United States State Department initiative using the Internet to solicit opinions from people through a website. A joint project between the State Department and the University of California's Berkeley Center for New Media, Opinion Space was launched in March 2010[1] to gain public perspective on foreign policy issues. The website uses data visualisation and statistical analysis to present public opinion and ideas.
