Ondo-no-seto (音戸の瀬戸 ) is a strait in Seto Inland Sea around Kure, Hiroshima between the main island of Japan and Kurahashi island.
Overview
Ondo-no-seto was excavated to enough to sail the trading ships by Taira no Kiyomori from 1164 to 1167 during the Heian period for the trade with China.
There is a famous red bridge called "Ondo-ō-hashi on the Ondono-seto, and it's famous for Azalea.
And around Ondo-no-seto of the main island side, there is "Ondo-no-seto Park", and it's one of the popular place to visit.
Ondo-no-set is a part of Setonaikai National Park.
