Career
Pantaloni played as a striker for Nice, SC Bastia, AS Saint-Etienne, Martigues, GFCO Ajaccio and AC Ajaccio.[2]
Coaching career
Pantaloni has held various positions in AC Ajaccio's staff since 2001.[3] He was briefly caretaker manager in 2004. He has been head coach of the first team since 2009, achieving promotion to Ligue 1.
