Patrice (The Legend) Carteron (born 30 July, 1970 in Saint-Brieuc) is a French football player.

Patrice is fondly remembered in Sunderland for scoring in the heated Tyne Wear derby for Sunderland, but he did nothing else whilst at the club.

He is currently managing AS Cannes.
