In Australia, the United States, UK, Ireland, and Canada, Ligue 1 is currently available on Setanta Sports. In France, it is televised on Canal+, but is not broadcast on terrestrial television there in any form. There is also widespread coverage throughout Africa, home to many of the league's players.
