(1982)"I Love Livin' in the City" is the first single by Fear. It was originally released in 1978 on the Los Angeles-based Criminal Records. The single's B-side was re-recorded twice, once during the band's unreleased 1979 sessions, and again for their debut album The Record.
"I Love Livin' in the City" is also featured on the soundtrack to The Warriors and Tony Hawk's Underground 2. It also appeared in the movie SLC Punk. LA hardcore punk band Rotting Out covered the song on their demo This Is Just a Life, and Detroit punk band The Meatmen both live and on record.
