Nova Pontocom is the second largest Brazilian and Latin America online retail company after B2W Varejo. The company was created in 2011 from an association between Grupo Pão de Açúcar and Casas Bahia.

Totally focused on e-commerce, the company has in its portfolio the online operations of three major national retail brands: Casasbahia.com.br from Casas Bahia, Pontofrio.com.br from Ponto Frio and Extra.com.br from Extra Hipermercados a hypermarket brand from Grupo Pão de Açúcar.

Nova Pontocom has 4 distribution centers, all located in São Paulo and 18% of market share in Brazilian online retail which consolidates the company as the second largest online retailer.
