Fricke, 1994Enneapterygius bichrous, known commonly as the Northern bicoloured triplefin in Australia,[1] is a species of threefin blenny in the genus Enneapterygius.[2] It was described by Ronald Fricke in 1994.[3] It is a tropical blenny found in coral reefs in the Pacific and Indian Oceans, and swims at depths ranging from 0-22 metres. It has been described from northern Australia, Indonesia, New Caledonia, and Papua New Guinea.[2] Males can reach a maximum length of 2.7 centimetres.[2]
