The building will be built in the Financial District in New York City. The building will be eco friendly using wind power and recycling its water. The building is expect to be complete by 2010 and will rise to 650 feet (200 m). The building will feature a 128 room hotel from floors 1-41. Floors 41-62 will be Condos and Homes. The building will feature a Club a Spa and an Outdoor Terrace. The other floors will be used as Retail, Stores, Restaurants, and an observation deck at the 65 floor. The building has more than 13,000 square feet (1,200 m2) of space. The building will be designed by the Rockwell Group. The building will be made with transparent glass with a 6 story base.
