History and Services
V/Line owns the station but does not operate services to or from it. The only passenger rail service which stops at the station is Great Southern Railway's The Overland which runs three times per week each way between Melbourne and Adelaide. The Overland began stopping at Nhill in January 2007,[1] the last intrastate Victorian passenger trains to stop there being the Dimboola - Serviceton service on 1 December 1978; operated by 153hp Walker railmotor 29RM.[2] In April 2007 the station was renovated and features the new Viclink style signage.
