- Arjuna Technologies Ltd., a middleware technology company founded in 1985 and spun-out in 1998. Purchased by Bluestone Software in 2000 for $13.25 million. Became HP-Arjuna Labs when Bluestone was purchased by HP in 2001 for $525 million. After the Compaq merger the company had a management buy-out and became independent before the sale Arjuna Transaction Service IP to JBoss Group in late 2005.[1]
