The New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development is a governmental agency of the U.S. state of New Jersey. The department is headed by Commissioner Harold J. Wirths.[1] Wirths, nominated by Governor of New Jersey Chris Christie in January 2010, was a member of the Sussex County Board of Chosen Freeholders.[2]
