Never Be Content is an EP by Innerpartysystem. It was released worldwide digitally on February 22, 2011, with a physical version released March 29, 2011. It is the band's first release on indie label Red Bull Records, since the departure from Island Records in 2009.

The first single from the EP, "American Trash", was released on May 18, 2010.

The second single from the EP, "Not Getting Any Better", was released on July 4th, 2011.

Notes

• There are slight differences between the previously released version of "American Trash" and the version present on the EP.
• Every song aside from "Out Of Touch" has been performed live.
• "Not Getting Any Better" is the band's longest song to date at over 8 minutes long.
