10 October 2010Nelson Filipe Santos Simões Oliveira (born 6 March 1989, Anadia, Portugal) is a Portuguese professional road racing cyclist for Team RadioShack. In September 2009 he won the silver medal in the under-23 time trial at the UCI Road World Championships.[1] In November 2009, Oliveira signed with Xacobeo-Galicia.
In September 2010 he went again to the World Championship Sub 23, and was 4th, not repeating a podium by just 4 seconds.[2]
