Xacobeo-Galicia ("UCI Code": XAG) is a professional continental road bicycle racing team based in Spain and participates in UCI Europe Tour and when selected as a wildcard to UCI ProTour events. The team was formed as Karpin-Galicia for the 2007 season, when four of the nine Spanish professional cycling squads withdrew from the sport. Xacobeo-Galicia is managed by Rodrigo Rodriguez, with assistance from directeur sportifs Álvaro Pino, Jesus Villar and José Angel Vidal. Holder of team is Valery Karpin.

The team received wildcard invitations to the Vuelta a España in 2007 and 2008.

Xacobeo-Galicia has a Spanish- and Galego-language web site. [cite web |url=http://www.karpingalicia.org/ |title= KARPIN GALICIA Web Page] On August 26, 2008, with the acquisition of a new sponsor, the team changed its name from Karpin-Galicia to Xacobeo-Galicia.
