Products
Jewel Parts
Namiki supplies industrial jewel parts such as jewel bearings, diamond cantilevers, watch exterior parts, and sapphire wafers which are made of in-house produced synthetic sapphire. Recently they developed sapphire step wafers, with a height of each step being 0.22 nanometers, which are expected to be used as the height standard sample for SPM and Immobilization plate for observing biomaterials.[2]
DC Motors
Namiki supplies DC coreless motors, DC brushless motors, and geared motors. In 2004, Namiki developed the world's smallest micro geared motor with a diameter of 1.5mm.[3] This is expected to be used in fields such as medical equipment, (catheters and endoscopes) and Micro-robots.
Diaphragm Pumps
Namiki supplies diaphragm liquid and air pumps using motors. The pumps are used in inkjet printers and biotechnology devices including incubation system.[4]
