The Voice of Poland is part of the international syndication The Voice based on the reality singing competition launched in the Netherlands as The Voice of Holland, created by Dutch television producer John de Mol.[1]
Season 1 (2011)
The judges for season 1 are Anna "Ania" Dąbrowska, Adam "Nergal" Darski, Kayah and Andrzej "Piasek" Piaseczny. The show is hosted by Hubert Urbański
Teams are as follows:
- Group Anna Dąbrowska: Marta Maliszewska, Dominika Skowron, Katarzyna Kubik, Jakub Foltak, Aleksandra Galewska, Aleksandra Pieczara, Piotr Niesłuchowski, Karolina Charko.
- Group Adam "Nergal" Darski: Ares Chadzinikolau, Adam Miroszczuk, Ewelina Kordy, Katarzyna Grabowska, Filip Sałapa, Gabriel Fleszar, Monika Urlik, Joanna Makaruk.
- Group Kayah: Karolina Leszko, Marcin Koczot, Kaja Domińska, Filip Moniuszko, Milena Masłowska, Mateusz Krautwurst, Marta Florek, Mirosław Witkowski, Małgorzata Kuś.
- Group Andrzej Piaseczny: Natalia Skalska, Rafał Szatan, Katarzyna Lisowska, Rafał Brzozowski, Antoni Smykiewicz, Ian Rooth, Ewa Kłosowicz.
At the middle of the season Nergal was put out of the show because of religious controversy ; nergal is a theistic satanist and that was controversial overall
