My Forever was formed by Dave Ingham and Roy Williamson after they met one night whilst out with mutual friends in Leeds.[3] Ben Watson (Drums) joined the band when he heard My Forever being interviewed on BBC Radio York saying they were looking for a drummer and keyboard player.
