Plot

As J.D. plans to move closer to Sam, he reaches out to make peace with Kim and finds that she has a new man in her life, Elliot's ex-boyfriend Sean (Scott Foley), who still holds a grudge against J.D. Meanwhile, Turk rallies the troops at Sacred Heart to help him campaign for a promotion to chief of surgery, and Kelso comes to the realization that he misses being a doctor.

The title is a reference to the concept of "wiener cousins", men who have slept with the same woman.
