British Empire and Commonwealth Games Silver 1962 Perth Double Sculls Murray Paul Watkinson (11 June 1939 - 19 January 2004) was a former New Zealand rower.[1]
At the 1962 British Empire and Commonwealth Games he won the silver medal in the men's double sculls partnering Peter Watkinson.[2]
Watkinson competed at two Olympic Games, first in 1964 in the men's single sculls where he placed 5th in the final. Then in 1972 again in the single sculls where he made the semi-finals.
