- Tour de Mumbai
-
The Tour de Mumbai is an annual road cycling event held in Mumbai. In a similar vein to the Vuelta a Mallorca series of one-day races, it is listed as two Category 1.1 races as part of the UCI Asia Tour.
In 2010, it was a more traditional one-day race, called the Mumbai Cyclothon and held on February 21 at the Bandra reclamation grounds. It was won by Juan José Haedo of Team Saxo Bank, overpowering Dirk Müller at the finishing line.[1] In 2011, Elia Viviani of the Liquigas-Cannondale team won the first race, held on February 11. Two days later, Team RadioShack's Robert Hunter won the second.
