Mount Glowa (75°27′S 73°17′W / 75.45°S 73.283°W) is a prominent mountain 8 nautical miles (15 km) west of Mount Hirman in the Behrendt Mountains, Ellsworth Land. Discovered and photographed from the air by the Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition (RARE), 1947–48, under Finn Ronne. Named by Ronne for Colonel L. William Glowa, aide to General Curtis LeMay at the time RARE was organized, who assisted in obtaining support for the expedition.
