Mount Back

Mount Back (54°29′S 36°7′W / 54.483°S 36.117°W / -54.483; -36.117) is a peak (650 m) located 1.5 nautical miles (2.8 km) south of Doris Bay, South Georgia. Named by United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) for Squadron Leader Anthony H. Back, RAF, assistant surveyor with the British Combined Services Expedition, 1964–65, who assisted in the survey of this peak.
