Moreton Point

Moreton Point (60°37′S 46°2′W / 60.617°S 46.033°W / -60.617; -46.033) is a point 1 nautical mile (1.9 km) north of Return Point at the west end of Coronation Island, in the South Orkney Islands. Roughly charted by Captain George Powell and Captain Nathaniel Palmer in 1821. Named by DI personnel on the Discovery II who charted the islands in 1933.
