(1966)"Monday's Rain" is the first single by the Bee Gees from the album Spicks And Specks the song has two B-sides, in May 1966, "Playdown" was the side B but in June 1966, the psychedelic rock "All of My Life" was the permanent side B[1]
This song has unusually low-voiced vocals by Robin and Barry Gibb with a lead bass guitar break, This song appeared on the single and album with two different vocal tracks, This happens to show clearly that all of the instrumental was on one track, Robin possibly manages the opening piano notes to allow Maurice to play bass, and all of the vocal including the backing vocal is one another track, Robin varies the lyrics slightly one the two vocal takes, and Barry varies his timing.
