Mishmar HaShlosha (Hebrew: משמר השלושה‎‎) was a moshav in the Eastern region of the Lower Galilee, in the Yavnel Valley, near the moshava Yavne'el. The moshav was merged to the local council Yavne'el in 1953.

The moshav was founded on 13 April 1937 on the lands of the Palestine Jewish Colonization Association as a Tower and stockade settlement in order to settle the area between Beit Gan and Yavne'el.

The settlement was named after three residents of Yavne'el, Moshe Zalman Ben-Sasson, Yehuda Aliovic and Gedaliah Geller, who walked from Beit Gan towards Yavne'el and were murdered on their way.
