The Ministry of Justice of Iraq (MoJ) is the federal government ministry concerned with judicial and prosecutorial training, publishing the Official Gazette, notaries public, deeds & records, and since June 5, 2004, prisons. Since 21 December 2010, Hassan al-Shimari has been the Iraqi justice minister.
