Afghanistan's Minister of Justice name term appointed by notes Noorudin Turabi 1999? Mullah Omar - Abdul Razak, one of the Taliban's Minister of Commerce, testified during his 2005 Administrative Review Board hearing, that Noorudin Turabi was the Taliban's Minister of Justice.[2]
