Clubs
There are many clubs at Miller to encourage student involvement.
Student Council
The Student Council (SC) plans many activities such as Welcome Week, pep rallies, and activity days. Student Council members are appointed by Miller Staff. Student elections were once held to select presidential and vice-presidential positions at the end of each school year. To be eligible for either position, a student must have been entering grade twelve and must already have been a council member for one year. Students then voted on a list of eligible participants. The student with the highest percentage of votes would then become the Student council president for the following school year; the participant with the second-highest amount of votes would become the vice-president. The election process has since been discontinued; presidential and vice-presidential positions are now decided internally by the Miller staff and current council members.
