Milavče is a village and municipality (obec) in Domažlice District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 12.18 square kilometres (4.70 sq mi), and has a population of 566 (as at 28 August 2006).

Milavče lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north-east of Domažlice, 42 km (26 mi) south-west of Plzeň, and 125 km (78 mi) south-west of Prague.
