Coaching career
Ewing was the head college football coach for the Chicago Maroons located in Chicago, Illinois. He held that position for five seasons, from 1983 until 1987. His coaching record at Chicago was 18 wins and 26 losses. As of the conclusion of the 2009 season, this ranks him #3 at Chicago in total wins and #3 at the school in winning percentage (.409).[1]"
