Michael Xavier Charles Gidley (born 11 October 1976^[1]) is an Australian politician, and has been the member for Mount Waverley in the Victorian Legislative Assembly since 2010.

Gidley is an accountant and former Young Liberal president, he was unsuccessful at the 2006 election.^[2]
