Michael Edward Doughty (born 20 November 1992) is an English-born Welsh footballer who plays as a midfielder for Crawley Town on loan from Queens Park Rangers and is a Wales Under-19 international. He is the son of Nottingham Forest chairman Nigel Doughty.[2]

Doughty attended Harrow School where he played for the 1stXI for a number of years.

Career

Club career

Doughty made his debut for QPR in the FA Cup defeat against Blackburn Rovers, after coming off the bench in the 88th minute.[3] In August 2011 he signed a six-month loan deal with Crawley Town.[4]

International career

He has been capped at under-19 level internationally for Wales, playing in a friendly against Liechtenstein.[5]
