Michael Buckley Born 1969 Occupation Author Years active 2004–present Known for Robotomy Michael Buckley (born c. 1969) is a best selling children’s book author who is currently writing The Sisters Grimm and the N.E.R.D.S. book series. Born in Akron, Ohio, the author attended Ohio University where he graduated with honors.[1] Sometime after college he moved to New York City to start an internship with the Late Show with David Letterman, then moved into a television production job where he worked on documentaries.[2] His books are published by Harry N. Abrams.
Recently, Buckley and his writing partner, Joe Deasy, have created a new animated series for Cartoon Network called Robotomy. Buckley and Deasy are executive producing as well as writing the first season that stars Patton Oswalt and Dana Snyder (Master Shake from Aqua Teen Hunger Force). The series is slated to air in CN's prime time block.""
