Mezgovci ob Pesnici is a village on the right bank of the river Pesnica in the Dornava municipality in northeastern Slovenia. The area is part of the traditional region of Lower Styria. It is now included with the rest of the municipality into the Podravje statistical region.^[2]

A small chapel with a belfry to the south of the settlement was built in the second half of the 19th century.^[3]
