Mediabox-PA

Mediabox-PA is Conecture Technologies hosted online product approvals workflow application. Currently on its third version, Mediabox-PA was developed with the licensee/licensor relationship in mind.

Product Overview

Mediabox-PA is a hosted approvals workflow application that allows users, primarily licensees, to submit all their product design artwork files using assets sourced from the Mediabox-DAM application. The application allows individuals to review artwork online and attach online comments with each artwork file, and manage the workflow order of projects and submissions between a company’s customers, staff and partners. Users also use the system to login, review comments and submit new or next stage product designs. Users can have access to both Mediabox-DAM and Mediabox-PA applications using the same login and password. The system allows 100 percent paperless workflow, archiving of project submission and comment records, and historical and real-time reporting within and across projects. Mediabox-DM (Deal Memo Management) manages and tracks all deal memo terms. Information can be automatically imported from third-party rights and royalty systems via integration or by direct data entry. Mediabox-DM also regulates what types of projects licensees can start in the Mediabox-PA product approvals application.

• Authorize new projects in batches and apply shared contract details simultaneously
• Flag projects as priority (rush) status

Automated Email and Online Notifications

• Automatic email notifications alert licensees when the licensor's comments are available for review
• Automatic email notifications alert project team reviewers when new submissions come in that need review and comments
• Flag submissions and projects for rush/urgent, tag projects for various status and submission stage levels
• Project aging triggers warn reviewers of submissions that are becoming past due

Reporting

• Real-time project status reporting across properties, licensees and more
• Royalty tracking report to ID which final products require talent royalty payments
• Complete audit trail of submissions (artwork/files) and time/date stamped reviewer comments for future reference and online or off-line archiving
