Product Overview
Mediabox-DM (Deal Memo) is a hosted online deal memo management application that can be integrated with the Conecture Technologies Mediabox-PA (Online Product Approvals) application. Mediabox-DM can be linked to third-party contracts and royalty applications to automatically track deal memo terms and regulate the types of projects a licensee can start in the approvals system.[1] The deal memo module can be customized to capture deal memo terms including product categories and sub-categories, territories, markets and channels, contract start and end dates, contractual samples, financials, and other relevant terms.
