History
McDill School was started in 1953, with different rooms serving different purposes than they do now. In the 1980s' the gymnasium, Main Office, Band/Orchestra Room, current front entrance, Music Room, new hallways, a new Teachers' Lounge, and a few other rooms were added to the school.
The school mascot used to be the McDill Minutemen before a principal decided this was sexist. The mascot was then changed to the current Timberwolves.
