Mazanovsky District (Russian: Мазановский район) is an administrative^[1] and municipal^[2] district (raion), one of the twenty in Amur Oblast, Russia. Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Novokiyevsky Uval.^[2] Population: 14,916 (2010 Census preliminary results);^[3] 16,028 (2002 Census);^[6] 20,393 (1989 Census).^[7] Population of Novokiyevsky Uval accounts for 29.5% of the district's population.^[6]
