The show is produced by Tony and Deeya Singh of DJ’s a Creative Unit. But the show became controversial due to some explicit scenes shown between Father and Daughter-In-Law.Also this show is a totally flop and has been banned in many parts of India.Lately this show has focussed on Gay Relations.

Plot

Uttara is an extremely beautiful woman born about fifteen years after her older sister, Devyani, and married with a man with Rishab and has a teenage daughter with him, they love each other very much. However, after he gets into an accident, he becomes a drunkard and begins to beat her. For this she sends her daughter away to a hostel to learn school so that she cannot see her torment. Rishab then begins to sell Uttara for sex as many men desire for her as she is extremely beautiful. Eventually she cannot handle Rishab's tormenting anymore and ends up killing him. She is consoled by Devyani's family, the Jakhar family. She is free from all her charges by Devyani's cheating husband, Brahmanand Jakhar (shortened to Brahma). She is welcomed into their house and is given a spare room to live in, though at first she does not feel fully welcomed into the family.

Initially Brahma begins his advances against her, despite being nearly twenty years older, but falls in love with her. They share a passionate and lovely kiss on the balcony of Brahma's manor, a notion Uttara regrets but Brahma seems to regret. Brahma begins to seduce Uttara, his advances are not oblivious to Devyani who is apparent of it and even accuses him of it once. However Brahma manages to convince Devyani that nothing is happening between him and Uttara and that he is just consoling her as she still does not feel fully accepted into their family. Brahma then goes away on a honeymoon with Devyani and tells Uttara suggestive thoughts and advice. Uttara then realizes that she is in love with Brahma and during Brahma's time away all she thinks about is him.

When Brahma comes back, Uttara expresses her love for him. Brahma then marries her religiously, not legally, and on their first night as a married couple, they have passionate intercourse. Devyani is then taken away from the head of the house and Uttara is placed in charge and she begins to care for Brahma, plan parties and make the households food as well as choose what food the house eats. While the house does not seem to mind, Devyani begins to feel on a much lower position and begins to suspect Uttara of being in love with Brahma. Uttara and Brahma begin to have sex unnoticed in the house by the other members until Devyani confronts Uttara. She tells her the story of how Brahma accepted a bribe, got a promotion in the police force and began cheating on her.

Uttara then explains that the only reason it is true is because Devyani never truly loved Brahma and after giving birth to his children she began cheating on him, a reason he accepted the bribe. Uttara manages to overpower Devyani in the arguement before leaving to take care of Brahma who too is madly in love with Uttara, a fact that Devyani refuses to acknowledge. Uttara then holds a fast for Brahma on Karuva Chauth. Brahma decides not to break Devyani's fast, breaks Uttara's fast and tells Devyani that he is to divorce her and marry Uttara, as the two are in love.
