Martin Lee Ka-shing (born 1971 in Hong Kong) is the vice-chairman and managing director of Henderson Land Development, one of the largest property developers in Hong Kong, and the director of the Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited.

He is the younger son of Dr. Lee Shau Kee, the founder and chairman of Henderson Land Development.^[1]

He married Cathy Chui, a former TVB actress in Australia, in 2006; they have two daughters and one son. ^[2][3]
