Air Medal (3)Marshall Bradley "Brad" Webb (born November 27, 1961)[1] is a United States Air Force brigadier general who serves as the current Assistant Commanding General of Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC).[2] Webb was involved in the operation to kill Osama bin Laden. Webb was seated by President Barack Obama in the situation room during the mission.[3]

Air Force career
Education
Webb graduated from United States Air Force Academy in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. In addition, Webb received two Master of Science degrees with the first one coming at Troy State University in international relations in 1994. The second came at The National War College in National Security Strategy in 2004.
Military career
General Webb is a command pilot with more than 3,700 flying hours (most of it in helicopters), including 117 combat hours in Afghanistan, Iraq and Bosnia. The general has commanded the 20th Special Operations Squadron, the 352nd Special Operations Group, the 1st Special Operations Wing and the 23rd Air Force. His staff assignments include duty at the Joint Special Operations Command and in the Office of the Secretary of Defense (Policy).
