The ScriptMark Sheehan (born Mark Anthony Sheehan, 29 October 1975,[1] also known as Marc Sheehan) is an Irish singer-songwriter, guitarist and producer. From 1996 to 2001, he was a member of the band Mytown, and since 2001, he has been the guitarist for indie rock band The Script.[2]
Biography
Sheehan was born in Mount Brown in The Liberties area of Dublin. He was formerly a member of boyband Mytown, along with his current bandmate, Danny O'Donoghue, who were managed by Eamonn Maguire, and who were signed to Universal Records in New York. Both Sheehan and O'Donoghue were involved in the production of two tracks featured on the Peter André album The Long Road Back under the name M.A.D Notes[3] before pursuing their own careers as musicians.
He is married to Rina Sheehan, and they have three children together.
