Majors & Minors is an American reality television singing competition, that premiered on The Hub on September 23, 2011.^[1][2][3] Auditions are held for 8-16 year olds, and whoever wins will get a chance to have a partnership with Sony's RCA Music Group. BMI will be involved with the series. Adam Lambert,^[4][5] Avril Lavigne,^[5] Brandy Norwood,^[5] Leona Lewis,^[5] Colbie Caillat,^[5], Claude Kelly^[5], Sean Kingston^[6], Ryan Tedder^[6], Jennifer Hudson^[7] and Will.i.am^[7] have been announced to be the "mentors" of the 12 young contestants.The 12 contestants are Grace Jeanette, Ashley Nicole Greene, Sabrina Lentini, Emily Kocontes, Kennedy Nöel, Nia Holloway, Hailey Dibiasi, Michael Woodard, Austin Crute, Brandon Michael, Cameron DeFaria, and Josh Metzler.
